AIMAN BAITHULMAL is the charity and welfare arm of AIMAN SANGAM, operating from Chennai, India since 2014. We are dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged and marginalized families through structured social welfare and skill development programmes.
Our focus is to support individuals and families so that they can become skilled, employable and self-reliant, rather than dependent on charity.

What We Do
1. Community Outreach & Welfare

We work closely with local communities, especially in villages and small towns of Tamil Nadu, to understand their real needs.

Based on this, we design welfare programs that address education, health, livelihood and social support.
2. Education & Skill Development

We support deserving students with training programmes, course sponsorships and guidance.

Our key focus is on job-oriented skill training so that youth can find part-time or full-time employment.

We partner with reputed training institutes to offer practical, employment-focused courses.
3. Health & Emergency Assistance

Support for medical emergencies, basic health needs and critical situations.

Emergency relief such as food, shelter or urgent financial help for families in crisis.
